Nicole Wilke - President and Founder

Nicole Wilke created ImaginAria in 2002 for clients seeking sophisticated, grounded and innovative communications counsel and services. With twenty-five years as an international communications strategy consultant in New York, Paris, Rome, London, and Mexico City, she is a recognized expert in the field. She has held top positions in brand strategy in leading advertising agencies and communications groups around the world, including Bozell-Interpublic Group, DDB-Omnicom and Weiss Stagliano Partners (New York), Publicis and Eurocom (Paris), and Leagas-Delaney (London).

Her career has focused on a host of prestigious, worldwide brands. Among her roster of high-profile clients in the luxury and premium sector, Ms. Wilke has handled brand strategy, market research, public relations and promotions for Damiani, Sephora, Polo Ralph Lauren, Guerlain, Lancôme, Lanvin, Courvoisier, Hennessy, Guinness, The Economist magazine, Porsche, the Cannes Film Festival, Columbia Pictures, La Casa que Canta (Small Luxury Hotels of the World), Giardino Eden at Ischia (Beach Club and Restaurant). For Sephora, the premier European beauty and cosmetics retailer, Ms. Wilke lead strategic efforts for the introduction of the brand into the US market. The assignment included the simultaneous launch of two of the largest beauty retail venues in the world: Sephora's flagship store at Rockefeller Center in New York City and the brand s e-commerce site, sephora.com. In recognition of her key role, Ms. Wilke was featured at the Account Planning Conference/ American Association of Advertising Agencies to present Sephora s multi-million dollar, multi-media US launch.

Ms. Wilke also has extensive experience with general consumer goods, services and mass market brands. These include Johnson & Johnson global skincare, Dannon waters, Bank of America, Axa Financial, Verizon Wireless, L'Oreal, and Nestlé, Oxbow ski and surfwear.

In addition, she has spearheaded communications assignments in a number of renowned organizations such as the Getty Conservation Institute and the Palazzo Ruspoli in Rome (creating and directing a video for an art exhibition), the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York (conducting a brand audit), and UNESCO's eadquarters in Paris (directing strategy for Planet Society, a worldwide multi-media exchange program).

Through her wide array of professional experiences, Ms. Wilke has developed a solid and invaluable network of connections in many industries and countries, now at the service of ImaginAria and its clients.

Ms. Wilke graduated with Honors from Oberlin College with a degree in Communications and Psychology, specializing in Communications and Marketing at Boston University in London. She also studied Modern Literature at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Born and raised in Mexico City, she is multi-lingual with perfect fluency in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
